Following the Japanese television premier of Charlotte’s final episode, a brief PV for a Rewrite Anime adaptation was revealed, to be animated by studio 8-Bit!
It will feature screenplay by Tanaka Romeo (Script of Rewrite) & Kai (Script of CLANNAD and Angel Beats! -1st beat-), character design by Nonaka Masayuki (Yuri Yuri, Plastic Memories, Grisaia no Kajitsu, Kiniro Mosaic), and directed by Tensho aka Motoki Tanaka (Kiniro Mosaic and Grisaia no Kajitsu, and the animated Rewrite opening!). To celebrate the occasion, Nonaka Masayuki drew up a sketch of characters Kotori and Chibimoth!

Details about the series are very limited right now, but we’ll sure to keep you all updated with all the details as they are announced! You can check out the second, animated opening of the visual novel below which was also directed by Tensho as an idea of what to look forward to! Keep in mind, the video will contain a degree of spoilers, so don’t watch if you want to go in blind!
