A lone chirp by PROTOTYPE, the company which VisualArt’s has contracted with in the past to port their games to other platforms besides PC, has revealed that the 2001 visual novel AIR will be coming to PlayStation Vita sometime this year.
Apparently, PROTOTYPE will be raffling off the exclusive AIR QUO card shown in the above tweet at their booth at the character1 event, which is going on right now in Japan. Character1 is an annual event at which many visual novel companies come and sell limited edition goods. You can see what Key will be selling this year here, although at this point it would be too late to buy anything yourself.
According to Japanese news site Gamer, the Vita edition of AIR will have slightly updated graphics, have touch screen capabilities, and will be compatible with VitaTV as well.
